Solo Piano

This solo piano piece is based off of quintal harmonies. These harmonies give the piece a sense of openness and instability. It is a programmatic work about an axe murder that occurred in the small town of Sheboygan Falls, WI. The piece is eerie and leaves a sense of discomfort. This same sense of discomfort and unease oftentimes lingers after such a brutal crime.
